The project program included providing an addition to accommodate expanded dining space, a multi-purpose dining room, a conference/training room, relocated dining services offices and new public toilets as well as remodeling and enlarging existing staff toilets and locker rooms. The design accommodates an addition 244 diners and includes relocation of the existing breakfast counter and an addition beverage counter. This is a multi-phased project which also included remodeling that converted the existing straight-line service area into dispersed concept stations with made-to-order capability and will remodel the existing kitchen to better serve the concept stations.
