SIOUX FALLS PUBLIC WORKS LIGHT, POWER & TRAFFIC - NEW ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS BUILDING

Located in the northwest corner of 60th and Sycamore, this project consists of three different types of programming spaces: offices, workshop and garages. The light, power, and traffic building will be built with the growth of this city department in mind, bosting both the utility of a maintenance shop and the comfort of an office space. The workshops inside will be provided with plenty of natural light given the large skylights and Kalwall systems. A specially designed pre-engineered metal building, flanked by precast metal panels make up the construction of the workshop and garage, while Pac-Clad metal panels and curtain walls define the administrative space. Our services include the design of the building as well as the site design for the pole yard and cold storage building for the department.
