A 38-year veteran of the Private Club Industry, Ted enjoyed a 17-year stint as GM/ COO at Westward Ho Country Club in Sioux Falls, SD. He was also the CEO at Minnehaha Country Club where he led the Club for 18 years. In those roles, Ted implemented and completed numerous Club projects ranging from $1.3 million $10 million campaigns. 
Teds’ goal for each Club and their teams is to create a culture and level of service where the expectations of the member and the staff continue to grow with each experience and interaction. They should always know the Club will prosper because the “Member Experience” becomes the highest priority of each team member. Member retention, member satisfaction and member recruitment all flourish and thrive when the individual member experience is elevated, which is a proven fact in every club study. Ted brings a passion for excellence and proper execution to every Club project he undertakes.
