CARROLL VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK
When visitors arrive at this memorial, they can view the park’s foliage through a cut out display of the American flag. Six granite pillars with the branches of the military stand tall in front with the American flag flying overhead. This family friendly park offers a playground, restrooms, walking spaces and open picnic shelter with tables.
