Autumn is an architectural associate based in the Sioux Falls, SD office. She graduated recently from South Dakota State University with multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Architecture.
Driven by her fascination with the interplay between people and architecture, Autumn focused her thesis research on the convergence of architecture and neuroscience. She believes that if environments can influence our minds and behaviors, it is crucial to explore this intersection in architectural practice, given that “an architect just so happens to be an environmental artist.”
Originally from Mobridge, SD, Autumn nurtured a passion for diverse artistic expressions, including drawing, painting, and photography, throughout her upbringing. In her leisure time, she reads and immerses herself in the exploration of new cultures. Lately, Autumn has undertaken a new hobby of gardening, which she is delighted to learn more about.
