Architectural Club Consultant

Baxter’s vision is that design, with a strong concept, can be accentuated throughout all aspects of a project and encompasses sustainable developments that act as a generator for planned growth.  His belief that design is universal is clearly demonstrated in the range of his work including public works, hotels, community centers, restaurants, light commercial and residential.  In addition, he has extensive experience in the design of clubs and residential complexes. Most of his projects integrate interior and exterior with many of the elements like artwork, furniture, and small accessories integrated and designed in-house.

In addition, Baxter stresses the importance of community involvement to help generate design awareness ultimately leading to stronger communities. Baxter is NCARB certified and a member of the AIA. He has served on several boards including Savannah’s Historic Victorian Neighborhood Association, Coastal Empire Montessori Charter School (CEMCS) Design Committee, the CEMCS’s Natural Playground Committee, Savannah Ultimate Network, and peer reviewer of the Southeast Fall Conference of Art and Architecture.
